Broker Consultation Agreement


Michael E. Byczek, licensed as a real estate broker in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following real estate consulting services.

1. List of properties on the market based upon buyer criteria
2. Weekly updates for one month
3. Communicate with local agents who may have unlisted properties

The cost for these services is $99, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.

This agreement is limited to assistance with the client's home search. Michael E. Byczek shall perform a search and update the results based upon criteria set by the Client. He DOES NOT escort the Client to these properties.
