Michael E. Byczek, licensed as a real estate broker in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following real estate consulting services for the property address listed below.

1. Details about a specific property
2. Neighborhood statistics (i.e. crime reports)
3. Real Estate Taxes
4. Property history (deeds / previous sales)
5. Comparable sales
6. Information pertaining to a foreclosed property
7. Sales contract
8. Communicate with seller for additional information
9. Negotiate a sales price with seller

The cost for these services is $250, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.

This agreement is limited to assisting the Client as a Buyer's Agent for a single property. Michael E. Byczek DOES NOT escort the Client to visit multiple properties during a home search. These brokerage services correspond to assistance with completing the transaction for a property that the Client has already located. Michael shall act on the Client's behalf to negotiate the sales price or otherwise communicate with the Seller of that property to obtain additional information for the Client to make an informed decision.
